About the role

We are recruiting an accomplished Social Worker looking to develop their career in an innovative local authority.

You will join our Adult Social Care Review Team, completing scheduled reviews, as well as some assessments, of Adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and older people.

You will join a well supported team and work closely with the Team Manager to provide personalised services with an absolute focus on quality outcomes. You will also play a role in supporting and developing other social work students and/or staff.

About you

You will be a qualified, experienced Social Worker with a range of experience working with Older Adults and/or People with Disabilities.

You will have developed your skills and knowledge with further post qualifying training and be innovative and creative with a willingness to explore new models of working to improve the outcomes for our service users. Moreover, you will be a highly motivated individual who is able to build strong relationships to deliver the best possible outcomes for vulnerable people.

The Social Worker profile describes our career pathway and outlines in detail the qualification and experience levels required. Please note for this role, you will need a minimum of one years' post-qualification experience and completed your ASYE, if applicable. At Hillingdon there are many ways to develop both personally and professionally with a clear pathway for progression which may include leadership development programmes.
