£76,225 + market allowance (up to £5k depending on experience)
The Role
Lewisham Homes is an ambitious and growing organisation managing 19,000 homes on behalf of Lewisham Council. We are a not-for-profit organisation leading the borough’s first council housing development programme in 30 years. We are looking for a Senior Building Safety Manager who will work within the Property Services directorate and build the Building Safety Team.Using technical expertise you will have responsibility for managing allocated tall buildings, currently being 66 in the London Borough of Lewisham. You will ensure programs are delivered on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards, ensuring Lewisham Council meets it statutory, regulatory and policy requirements.
