Enfield currently has two Social Work positions available in each in our East and West Locality Teams. These teams offer support and intervention to people over 18, who live with physical disabilities, chronic and long-term conditions and sensory impairment.

The social work role includes carrying out care and support assessments; reviewing needs and outcomes; providing short-term & long-term case management; progressing Safeguarding Enquiries; and working closely with Health & MDT colleagues.

Enfield Adult Social Care has a drive towards embedding a strength-based practice and collaboratively working with local organisations to achieve a resilient community. Applicants with a strong multi-disciplinary working background are particularly welcome.

The team consists of Social workers, Occupational Therapists and Social Care Assessors. We work in a supportive and friendly environment and are committed to professional development, providing regular supervision and offering flexible working arrangement.

You will need to have sound knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding processes and procedures, implementing personal budgets, completing strengths-based assessments, Continuing Health Care framework, and be registered with Social Work England.
