Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) is one of London’s leading Housing Associations. We provide homes to around 170,000 people in some 55,000 properties across the capital and a further 9,000 in the south east of England.  Following the merger of Notting Hill Housing and Genesis Housing Association, we are excited about building on our rich joint history, establishing our long-term plans as we work through our integration process.

We are offering a great opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join us as we support the increased post-merger activity in our financial services team. Working closely with the Head of Planning and Insurance, your work will be varied and requires you to assist with the production of the Group’s long-term financial plan and preparation of KPI information. You will be trusted to be comfortable with changing priorities to suit business needs.

Your experience of managing large data sets, ability to create reports and use of reporting systems, mainly in Excel will be invaluable!  You will have a thorough understanding of accounting principles gained from being a finalist and /or qualified by experience in building financial models and long range financial planning and analysis tools. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that quality is not compromised while working to strict deadlines.

This is a responsible role that demands a lot of multitasking, prioritising, flexibility, initiative and problem solving. Central to this role will be your ability to develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the motivation to get things done, and the passion and attention to detail to do it right and in a timely manner.
