Concierge
Job introduction
We are looking to recruit a Concierge (Security) Officer. The Concierge Team provide a first point of contact reception service providing a secure environment for both members of the public and staff within council buildings and CCTV monitoring for Libraries Extra.
About the role
This is an exciting time to join the Concierge Team as we expand the team and the role to include CCTV monitoring for Libraries Extra. Primarily based at Hove Town Hall. We are looking for customer focused, motivated individuals that can work unsupervised. You will join an existing team sharing duties on a rota basis covering all duties as described in the job description. The role combines CCTV monitoring and security guarding both of which require a valid licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
