Job introduction

The Governors are seeking to appoint two outstanding class teachers to join our teaching team from January 2021 to work in Key Stage 2. Recently qualified teachers are welcome to apply as well as experienced teachers.

Paid weeks per year: 52

Start date: 1 January 2021

 

 

About the role

Aldrington is a school with a strong Christian ethos, which has recently become fully two-form entry and is now consolidating its position as a larger school.  Our children are enthusiastic about learning and we have a committed and supportive staff team.

Both posts are permanent.  The successful candidates will be committed to the academic, social and spiritual development of each child in their care and be willing to support the Christian ethos of the school.

We are looking for teachers who have:

  • Excellent classroom practice and a commitment to high standards and inclusive, creative, topic based learning
  • Experience of teaching in Key Stage 2.
  • A commitment to working with a great team where children’s learning and welfare is paramount

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
