Hackney Education has an excellent track record of working with schools. Our focus is to advise and support schools in providing an excellent education for young people and the best quality training and support for their staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable project manager to work in a small team responsible for our Newly Qualified Teacher and Core Professional Development strategies.

You will provide project management including the coordination and development of projects. You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, including senior school leaders, the STA, and the DfES. The NQT & CPD Project Manager will also have the opportunity to interact with external organisations to develop projects on behalf of Hackney Education school improvement department.

We expect you to:

  • Be able to lead on all project development issues with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage your own workload and offer support to others
  • Maintain information systems and deliver strategies
  • Be an excellent communicator, in speaking and writing
  • Build positive and professional relationships with a range of stakeholders

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, optimistic team player, with a passion for, and understanding of, the context in which we work.

You will have relevant experience of successful project management and partnership working.
