The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Tenancy Audit Officer to work within our Tenancy Audit Team. You will be dealing with cases of suspected non occupation, illegal sub-letting and unauthorised occupation of council properties to ensure that properties are made available to those entitled to them. No two days are the same and the work is varied and challenging. If you’re passionate, confident and energetic, with an ability to stay calm in challenging situations, we want to hear from you!
