We are looking for a Fraud Manager to lead our new and dynamic team of fraud investigators consisting of 5 FTE. Reporting to the Head of Assurance you will be lead, manage and direct the all aspects of Newham’s counter fraud strategy.
You will be able to develop audit and counter fraud strategies, have effective project management skills and be able to work alongside senior stakeholders to ensure that the counter fraud strategy is delivered.
With a new leadership team and a collective ethos of improvement, we want to forge a new path at Newham. Ultimately, this is about making everyday life better for over 350,000 people across the borough, as well as millions of workers and visitors.
Successful applicants will have relevant professional qualifications such as ACFS, APCIP or ACFE. You will have experience managing change and be comfortable working in a local government setting. You will confidently work with senior figures as well as having effective people management skills.
