Job introduction

Hangleton & Benfield schools are  federated, and work closely together, staff therefore have the opportunity, and can be required to work at either site.

This role is initially based at Benfield Primary School

Paid weeks per year: 46.94 inclusive of holiday entitlement

Fixed term: Until August 2021 (likely to be extended)

Start date: As soon as possible

 

 

About the role

We are looking to appoint  versatile, motivated, reflective and enthusiastic individual needs assistants.

 

This is to support a number of children with significant needs including difficulties with social interaction,  delayed communication skills, and learning difficulties, both on a 1 to 1 and small group basis

Experience in one or more of these areas is essential as is the ability to work flexibly with colleagues and successfully deliver planned intervention programmes..

The role is for mornings, with the opportunity of afternoon overtime.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
