In some cases you may be expected to line manage Property Management Officers or other staff to support them to reach their objectives.
Your exceptional organisational skills will be strategically deployed across the service to trouble-shoot and problem-solve our most challenging issues. You will have the tenacity and enthusiasm to plan your work effectively, set clear milestones and drive projects through to completion. Keeping stakeholders in the loop and working effectively with a variety of key people both internally and externally with your exceptional communication skills will be key.
As well as providing a service that puts our residents at the heart of everything we do, you will be expected to play a key part in driving the long term success of the department.
