Full Time Position

The successful candidate will join the Business Intelligence & Systems Team and will work across a range of Council services which Include Housing & Leasehold Management, Repairs and Maintenance, Asset Management and Income Collection.

You will support and manage Cloud dialogs Service Connect, Northgate Housing Management, Total Mobile & Total Repairs and Keystone Asset Management Systems. In addition you will be required to project manage Council interest development/ service improvement work and produce meaningful management information using data extraction tools such as SSRS. The position will require the successful candidate to build strong relations with stakeholders to challenge the status quo and promote the usage of current systems.
Responsibilities include:

• Develop solutions and promote usage of housing applications to meet the business needs
• Provide configuration and application support.
• Manage implementation of upgrades and new modules.
• Prepare and deliver training materials and courses to users.
• Manage APIs and interfaces to ensure the business needs are met.
• Ensure the data held on all systems is accurate and up to date and implement projects to improve data quality.
• Provide expertise on use of Housing Systems to support the Digital Transformation programme.
• Develop effective reports from the system using SQL.
• Liaise with key stake holders to deliver positive outcomes within budget and time

About You

The postholder will need excellent project management, analytics and programming skills, be proactive and solution orientated. Have the confidence to successfully communicate with officers at all level in the authority, external partners and other parties to deliver the best outcomes for end users and internal and external business units.
