What you will have… experience in planning and prioritising a busy workload, and
have excellent organisational, record keeping and IT skills.
You will be customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
and confident building and nurturing relationships across internal and external teams
to get problems resolved
You will be experienced in monitoring, managing and driving high standards of
performance from estate services contractors . You will have pride in what you do
and a passion for doing a great a job for our residents.
You will need to have a practical understanding of health and safety, legislation,
procedures and good practice relevant to estate services and caretaking/cleaning.

What you will be doing… you will manage our fleet of vans and cleaning supplies
for our internal cleaning team leading on stock control and forecasting.
You will manage our office cleaners and ensure our estates and communal areas
are clean and grounds well kept.

You need to be able to travel efficiently across the THCH stock and attend evening
meetings.
