We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join us in an important Team Coordinator role.
As Team Coordinator, you will plan, undertake and deliver a wide range of administrative and support services to help the Software and Development team meet all its objectives.
You will work collaboratively with others in the department, those in the wider business as well as external stakeholders to complete assigned tasks.
Reporting to the Development Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of effective financial control – budgeting, forecasting, purchasing and invoice management as well as the maintenance of IT governance processes relating to the team.
Some of your duties will include designing and maintaining user satisfaction surveys, creating reports, spreadsheets and documents for meetings. In addition, you will contribute towards, and investigate, the use of new development tools and facilitating change.
You will have experience of administration, be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and be able to pick up new systems and processes with ease. Given the responsibilities of the role you will also need to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and will be a competency based two stage interview process. The second stage will include an assessment.
