The day to day tasks will include:

  • Support and mentor social workers, field queries,
  • Show leadership in the team promoting a reflective and learning environment.
  • MASH Senior Practitioners are expected to have students in MASH and will be required to complete or have completed the PEPs.

You will be working in a dynamic, thriving and highly supportive working environment. We have a wealth of training opportunities to develop your professional pathway and you will receive monthly supervision and a performance management review from experienced managers.

The post is based in the Redbridge Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub which was described as a "model of excellence" in the 2019 Ofsted inspection, where Redbridge Childrens Services was graded "Outstanding". The MASH won 3 team awards in 2019 as well as staff being nominated for and wining individual awards in both Redbridge Council and Social Care awards.
