We are embarking on a series of major change projects, aimed at improving services provided to the local community whilst addressing legislative and efficiency challenges within the business through major systems improvement and review of service level agreement with our partners etc.
We are looking for someone who has the skills, energy and ambition required provide first class support to our customers. This is a rewarding role with plenty of opportunities for learning and development – working in an ambitious London borough to bring real improvements to people’s experience of public services will be just one of them.
If you are enthusiastic with multi-facet IT skills coupled with excellent customer service skills, we would like to hear from you. The successfully candidate will become the lead support officer for our Housing IT system but will be also expected to provide support to other systems such as; Libraries, Education and Social Care systems. You will have good IT background with an appreciation of new technologies and a willingness and ability to provide quality service and support to colleagues, senior management and our partners/suppliers.
