This role

An opportunity for an experienced operational leader looking to make a real impact in how Care & Support is delivered at MTVH. Covering all boroughs South of the Thames, down into Surrey, but with most of the business in and around our core boroughs of Sutton, Lambeth and Wandsworth. It includes CQC registered Learning Disability services, Mental Health Forensic step-down, floating support, management of Older Peoples accommodation and a significant portfolio of property where third parties deliver care and support. You will oversee a team of up to 250 colleagues.

Responsible for achieving forecasted income growth and identifying opportunities for increasing revenue in our current portfolio of service. While also ensuring your team are delivering efficiencies across all services and delivering positive customer outcomes through effective working practices. This will also include mobilizing new services effectively to ensure we see immediate impact from new services.

You will be the senior representative for MTVH to all funders, communities and other external stakeholders within South London and as such will be expected to develop professional working relationships. Internally you will be the Care & Support representative within the South London Regional senior team working in partnership with leaders from Housing, Homeownership, Keyworkers and Business Development to provide innovative and integrated services in the community.

What you`ll need to succeed

To be considered for this role you will require substantial experience as an operational lead within an organisation providing support to vulnerable adults. Experience of managing regional teams and achieving improvements in efficiency within services is essential. You must be confident at empowering and coaching managers to effectively manage their direct reports to achieve consistency in service delivery. As well it is essential you have strong financial acumen and a good understanding of P&L’s and budgets.
