Walthamstow Public Mortuary provides one of the most progressive Mortuary Services in London.
The Mortuary handles sudden deaths that have been referred to the H M Coroner.
It receives and cares for people who pass away in the Waltham Forest.
X2 vacancies for part time and full time
The council provides Walthamstow Public Mortuary for Her Majesty's Coroner for the Eastern Area of Greater London.
The mortuary is licensed by the Human Tissue Authority.
The Mortuary is also in the planning stages for a 2.1m renovation due to current events we are expanding our workforce by two members of staff one full time and one part time.
Applicants are invited to tour the mortuary facility in advance of the interview stage especially if they’ve not worked in a mortuary setting prior.
