ICT and Business Performance Assistant
Salary: £18,740 per annum (Pay review pending) for 28 hours
(plus excellent benefits including private health care and a generous pension contribution)

Who are we looking for?
In a brand-new role, as an ICT and Business Performance Assistant, your duties will cover two core areas. Your time will be split between assisting with the day to day running of the ICT department as well as working to support performance management and service improvement.
You will be the first point of contact for issues and problems encountered by our users, working with support engineers if required. You will also be coordinating the collection, analysis and publication of performance information, which will enable the effective monitoring and management of performance in line with the Association’s business objectives.
About the person
You must possess all-round skills in information and communication technology environments with a willingness to learn and develop your skillset.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong accuracy, interpersonal and communication skills. You will have the ability to interpret and analyse data and present it to a range of audiences.
Experience of using computer packages such as Word, Outlook and PowerPoint are essential, with particularly advanced skills in Excel in respect of combining datasets, filtering, formatting and charting.
