Hackney Learning Trust is the Education department within Hackney Council. It provides a range of statutory and traded services to support the education of children, young people and their families in the borough. We work closely with all types of schools and settings in the borough.
The Adult Learning Services delivers a range of courses including ESOL and English classes across the borough in a range of settings including children’s centres, schools, libraries, museums and community centres.
We need passionate and experienced tutors to teach these classes. We are looking for tutors with a commitment to innovative and learner-centred pedagogy, who are able to support Hackney’s diverse community of ESOL and English learners.
We are recruiting for two posts. Suitable candidates will be qualified in ESOL and/or English and be available to start as soon as possible. The roles are part-time and will include some evening work. Additional opportunities may be available and this will be discussed at the interview stage.
Please note that interviews will be held on Friday 28th February.
Closing date: Thursday, 20th February 2020
