Customer Service Assistant - Forty Hall
The Customer Service Officer provides operational and event support within Forty Hall, a busy heritage and cultural venue working with a small dedicated and enthusiastic team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop a career within the heritage, hospitality and event management sectors whilst ensuring the smooth running of our programme of events and day-to-day activities. The year round programme consists of a variety of events including weddings, conferences, community festivals, concerts and workshops.
The successful candidate will be customer focussed and efficient with an eye to detail and a desire to serve the customer. You will have excellent skills with IT booking Systems and be equally as comfortable undertaking manual tasks including room set-up and emergency cleaning tasks. The post requires a commitment to increase income through the hire of our beautiful building.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone who has a can-do approach and is passionate about heritage and events.
Our current working week is Wednesday to Sunday and this changes for Bank Holidays as The Customer Service Officer is expected to work these. Flexibility required for this position.
