CIL & S106 Monitoring Officer: Place
Enfield’s Planning Service - looking for talented planners to help shape Enfield’s future
Enfield’s Planning Service is building its capacity to enable successful place-making in one of London’s most ambitious and fastest growing boroughs. Our multidisciplinary team is progressing a new Local Plan, which will help guide delivery of over 30,000 new homes alongside jobs, infrastructure, amenities and uses to support Enfield’s existing and future communities, and is taking a lead on enabling high quality design and proactively guiding schemes through the development management process.
Enfield is the first London borough to be awarded £156 million of funding from the government’s Housing Infrastructure Fund to unlock development and growth in our borough. We are energised and passionate about enabling successful places and supporting communities through planning and design.
We are looking to appoint a determined and self-motivated individual who can make a significant contribution to the newly formed Planning Service - a service that brings together development management, plan-making, infrastructure planning and design into one collaborative team.
We want to hear from applicants who can contribute positively to the work and culture of a growing, dynamic and ambitious team.
