We have an exciting opportunity available for an administrator to be part of our North London Waste Authority (NWLA) Strategy and Services team. In this role you will support all aspects of the main waste contract with our contractor London Energy Ltd. This will include query resolution, answering phone calls, updating data on spreadsheets, create reports and manage the payment of invoices in consultation with finance. 

The right individual will have experience providing administrative support in a busy environment, experience in delivering data and financial data using excel and customer service skills. It is also essential as well to have good organisational skills as you will often have to manage conflicting demands and be able to prioritise accordingly. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and good attention to detail. 

You will also have knowledge of MS Office in particular Word, Outlook and Excel.  

Diploma or Degree level qualifications desirable but not essential. Knowledge of local government policies and procedures is also advantageous.
