This role
This role as 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst has become available as a result of a promotion within the team to a more senior role. We invest in the development of the team to excel and gain experience to help achieve their goals and advance with their career.
What you'll need to succeed
-
Extensive experience of working in Service desk environments 2nd using ITIL compliant service desk ticketing systems

Excellent troubleshooting skills and delivering high levels of customer service

Support and administration of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Server 2008 & 2012, including Active Directory administration and Group Policy management, systems imaging and deployment

Support and administration of virtualised environments and VDI – Citrix Xendesktop and VMWare
-
Experience of supporting Office 365
-
Support and administration of VoIP telephony systems
