Estate Services Manager
About the role:
Responsible for the direct management of a team of four you will have experience of delivering a first-class estate service through effective management of the cleaning and grounds maintenance team and be able to delegate and manage contracts effectively. You will also have responsibility for ensuring the estate is secure and safe and that health and safety compliance across the estate is adhered to.
SW9 are also planning to bring its estate cleaning service in-house and the Estate Services Manager will be expected to lead a successful project. Knowledge of department restructuring, service implementation, TUPE particulars and associated matters will serve the successful appointee well in this regard.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a proven track record in managing an estate service at a similar level. You will have experience of delivering top quartile performance. This will be through effective contract management and implementing new ways of working that deliver continuous improvement and great customer satisfaction. You will have technical knowledge that is sufficient to manage a large and complex estate and have a clear understanding of health and safety legislation. You will also have experience of developing and motivating your team.
