The RoleLewisham Homes is an ambitious and growing business managing over 18,000 homes in an ever changing and increasingly complex environment. It is an exciting time to be joining Lewisham Homes. We have been working with our residents to re-design our ASB Service. We now need an experienced, talented and passionate manager, to help make the new service a success.
We will provide a victim-focus approach to ASB management and work closely with a range of different partners. You will enforce tenancy conditions and provide innovative solutions to make our estates great places to live. We want a manager who will:
• Manage, motivate and support staff to develop
• Deliver service improvement by developing relationships with partners
• Deliver excellent, reputation-enhancing customer service
You will be responsible for managing a team of officers providing support to complainants, investigating allegations and tackling perpetrators of anti-social behaviour. You will also be responsible for providing vital Domestic Abuse support for our residents.

This is what we are looking for…
• Extensive experience of managing staff and ASB services within a social housing organisation
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice in ASB management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Someone organised and able to work under pressure
