We are offering an exciting role as an Accounts/Recovery Officer in the Revenues Department. This is a permanent role and is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Revenues Team collecting Council Tax and National Non Domestic Rates (NNDR/Business Rates).

About the role

 

The role involves providing technical assistance and support to staff working in a busy open plan office environment, and can involve taking escalated queries on to ensure that the customer gets the best possible service. An ability to understand complex and technical legislation and be able to explain these in easy to understand terms is desirable.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
