We are looking to recruit an experienced, diligent, proactive Site Manager offering specialist Health and Safety and School Premises Management support to the School Business Manager and Leadership teams across the school’s 2 sites.
The purpose of the role is to ensure both sites offer a welcoming, safe and attractive environment for teaching, learning, play and social development in line with the priorities of the School Improvement Plan. The Site Manager will ensure premises and grounds are well maintained and there is a planned program of review and development, maximising budgets and resources while promoting an awareness of important environmental issues and where possible it will further the principles of conservation, recycling and sustainability, while ensuring compliance.
It is essential that you have a flexible approach, a high degree of motivation and be fully committed to working in a school environment. You will be required to show initiative and promote a positive image of the site through your work. You will work in partnership with our School Business Manager.
Previous team and school experience is essential.
