Enfield’s Youth Offending unit delivers interventions to both young people on statutory interventions and young people on preventative interventions.
The Enfield Youth Offending Unit (YOU) is a partnership aiming for excellence. We are currently recruiting a Supervising Case Officer to work within our Community team; managing Referral Orders and Youth Rehabilitation Orders or our high risk team; managing young people subject DTO's and ISS. We are looking for experienced, committed and highly motivated staff member to join our multi-disciplinary service in order to help us continue to deliver a high quality service.
You will work as part of the Youth Offending Unit (YOU) and undertake all duties in relation to the provision of Assessment, Report writing and Case management.
This post will require a commitment to work occasional weekends and unsocial hours on an as and when required. This post will also be subject to a rigorous interview process.
