We are looking for Outreach Care Co-ordinators for our office base in Enfield town
We are recruiting to 18hrs per week positions working 3 days per week on split shifts. 7-10am and 5-8pm. This will include working alternate weekends
The advertised salary is for full time work, the salary for part time will be calculated on a pro- rata basis

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy working environment.
Administrative:
An ability to prepare and monitor rotas for care and support staff, this involves the use of our electronic CM2000 rota system and mobile working assistive app.
Dealing with queries from the staff, clients, professionals, agencies and undertaking general office work.
Maintain effective and efficient administrative and information management systems, using the appropriate means, in order to support the work of the department.
Ensure data and records are maintained in accordance with agreed standards and in keeping with the Data Protection/Freedom of Information regulations including the regular housekeeping of computerised and paper information following document management processes.

The Service has recently gone through a restructure and changes to systems and processes, so an ability to contribute to team working is essential.
