Job Introduction

We are seeking to appoint a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant to work across Year 2 supporting children in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. This post requires high quality support for children with a range of different needs.

Candidates for this post will need to demonstrate their resilience, ability to use their own initiative and strong understanding of emotional regulation and behaviour management.  This is a fixed term contract with a possibility of renewal.

Previous experience of supporting children with ASC or behaviour needs in a primary school setting is desirable.

This post is part time Monday to Friday.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency's Points-based Immigration System.
