OneSource Enforcement Services is a shared serviced partnership between The London Borough of Newham and the London Borough of Havering. This in-house Enforcement Team, operates within the M25 and is responsible for the collection of a variety of Council debts, including Council Tax, Road Traffic and Business Rates

Revenues Enforcement Agent
£27,228 - £28,215 pa

We are seeking certificated Enforcement Agent's to visit defaulters. You will need to have professional competence in all aspects of internal and external customer enquiries and to ensure that all customers receive a courteous, approachable, helpful and professional service.

We are looking for someone who:
Has a valid Enforcement Agent certificate
Is able to manage their own workloads
Can work in a pressurised environment
Can lead by example
Has strong organisational skills
