Job Introduction
We seek a thorough individual with a solution based approach to a demanding and satisfying job.
This is a vital role in this busy school, supporting the full range of visits and activities undertaken as part of the enrichment of our students. This job involves liaison with many teams within the school including curriculum, pastoral, administration and finance teams. There is regular contact with outside service providers. It is desirable for staff to be qualified in first aid although training in this area is offered.
The Educational Visits Co-ordinator receives guidance and support from the Local Authority
Blatchington Mill is a large and popular school. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to focus and to meet deadlines whilst maintaining an excellent level of communication and record keeping.
This position is maternity cover of part of an existing role and so the contract is temporary until April 2020 at the latest with the chance of one month’s notice being given in relation to the post holder’s return.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
