Role Purpose
Central Support within FacilitiesManagement is made up of the Commercial Team, Events Team andLogistics Team. The role of the Event and CommercialOfficer is to provide support to the Events Team Coordinator to manage theEvents Team, ensuring that booking requests are received, processed andallocated appropriately within set timescales; and assisting the CommercialTeam in the contract management process by collecting and collatingcontractor performance data and highlighting areas of non-compliance. Tracking spend across the department and balance commercial income and eventinvoices against services or goods received; Prepare and process commercial andevent expenditure and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Inthis role, you will play a key part in managing events and soft servicecontracts, with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. Youwill have a sound understanding of Facilities Management. Ideally, candidateswill have experience in event management, contract management andfinancial regulations and procedures.
Requirements
IOSHCertified/ or willing to undertake the necessary training to obtain thequalification.
