Assistant Enablement Manager

The advertised salary is for full time work, the salary for part time will be calculated on a pro- rata basis.
Enablement Service
18 hours per week, working Monday to Wednesday 9.00am to 3.00pm.
We are seeking a part time Assistant Enablement Manager for our office base in Edmonton.
- Must be flexible to working on a rota to cover out of hours on call

You must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a busy working environment.
The Enablement Team is currently based at Claverings Industrial estate. The service provides flexible short-term intervention and Enablement to support individuals develop skills and confidence to maximise independence.
An ability to monitor the quality and compliance of the service in line with CQC fundamental Standards is essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can contribute to the delivery of innovative services. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work unsocial hours including evenings and weekends covering our out of hours call service on a rotation basis, along with experience and knowledge of supporting vulnerable adults.
You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work within the team, and with external customers, professionals service users and their families.
