Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust founded in 2015, which merged with Hornbeam Academy Trust in September 2019. The Lime Trust has grown from 4 to 7 Schools which are located in the following areas; Havering, Waltham Forest and Peterborough. The Trust is a mixture of both Primary and Special Schools including an Ofsted Outstanding Hospital & Home Tuition Service located in Whipps Cross Hospital in Waltham Forest.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to be part of the teaching team at Lime Academy Ravensbourne, a school for children with profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership team to create an outstanding provision which prepares children and young people for the next steps in their life as independent and happy adults.
You should share our values which include putting children and young people first, ensuring excellence in all we do and prioritising what happens in the classroom. Candidates should be outstanding practitioners who can motivate, manage and build effective teams. Specific responsibilities will be agreed with the Headteacher in line with the successful candidate’s skills and experience. Knowledge and understanding of the SEND code of practice is essential.
