Debt Resolution Officer
OneSource Enforcement Services is a shared serviced partnership between The London Borough of Newham and the London Borough of Havering. This in-house Enforcement Team, operates within the M25 and is responsible for the collection of a variety of Council debts, including Council Tax, Road Traffic and Business Rates.

£24,462 - £25,809 pa
You will be required to conduct outbound telephone collections to debtors in order to
secure payment from defaulters. You will also be required to answer correspondence
from debtors along with dealing with e-mail and incoming telephone enquiries.
You will be required to have excellent communicate and negotiation skills, your primary
function will be to conduct outbound telephone calling to secure payment from defaulters. You will have experience of debt collection, and have worked in the same or similar
environment. You should have the ability to deal with difficult calls, and have good written and verbal skills
