We have recently restructured our service to increase resilience,better align with the council’s functions and are now looking for highlycompetent, enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
You will be one of a team of lawyers dealing with a varied caseload of Planning and Regeneration matters that includes planning enforcement,highways agreements, S.106 agreements, planning policy, planning enquiries andCIL. Youwill have good drafting and negotiation skills and be able to conduct yourcaseload with minimum supervision. You will be expected to provide support forvery complex matters under supervision. You will be involved in PlanningInquiries and Examinations in Public and will liaise regularly with Counsel.You will be accustomed to working flexibly and at pace in a busy environment.
Requirements
Youmust be a Qualified Solicitor/Barrister or Fellow of CILEX and hold apractising certificate.
Test & Interviews will be held on: 13th January 2020
