Are you passionate about improving the lives of children and families?
Are you a skilled professional who puts children at the heart of your practice?
If so, this could be the opportunity for you
Croydon has transformed its approach to Early Help Intervention and is radically changing the way it works with children and families. We are supporting families to identify their strengths and needs, supporting them to improve outcomes, build resilience and develop their life chances.
We are expanding our specialist offer to ensure that families receive the right help, at the right time, and in the right way in order to make a difference. To do this, we are recruiting an Adult Mental Health Social Worker.
Working across our locality teams, you will take a systemic approach to Early Help and will be an individual who is able to develop excellent relationships with children, families and professionals, inspiring and motivating others to enable change.
If this is you?
In return for your passion, hard work and commitment we can offer you a supportive working environment with regular supervision, which is reflective. We offer excellent learning and development opportunities, which will further enhance your skills and expertise. The council supports flexible and agile working, offers a generous annual leave allowance and a range of staff benefits for you to access.
