Croydon has transformed its approach to Early Help Intervention and is radically changing the way it works with children and families. We are supporting families to identify their strengths and needs, supporting them to improve outcomes, build resilience and develop their life chances.

We are expanding our specialist offer to ensure that families receive the right help, at the right time, and in the right way in order to make a difference. To do this, we are recruiting an Adult Mental Health Social Worker.

Working across our locality teams, you will take a systemic approach to Early Help and will be an individual who is able to develop excellent relationships with children, families and professionals, inspiring and motivating others to enable change.
