We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Property Services team, in the role of M&E Contract Administrator.
You will be the first point of contact in carrying out a wide range of administrative duties in respect of M&E contract management and compliance. You will be responsible in ensuring you are responding to all residents and internal department calls/and or requests for assistance and/or information. You will be required to process invoices for payments & manage any associated queries. You will be expected to raise all work orders and when necessary work with the housing team to arrange necessary access is provided to Contractors/Consultants and Surveyors. You will also provide the first line of complaint management.
To be successful, you must have previous administration experience and be able to process high volumes of invoices. You must have worked in a customer service role and be able to work under pressure.
