Leaving Care Worker
We are currently seeking a leaving care worker based in Greenford. The Leaving Care team works with care leavers aged 16 - 20. This team received an outstanding OFSTED rating for its continued support of Ealing's care leavers. We are committed to supporting our care leavers to achieve their full potential, both physically, emotionally, academically and practically. Our team is supported by a Clinical psychologist, DWP worker, and 16+ education specialists and uses a relationship model to work alongside care leavers in readying them for full independence.
Ealing is a vibrant West London borough, with excellent transport links, and from 2019 will also be home to 5 Crossrail stations. Ofsted has recognised Ealing as a 'Good' borough with its Leaving Care Service rated as OUTSTANDING. This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
