Service Manager - Performance and Analysis 

Salary up to £47,511 per annum

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead our performance management team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience of working in a performance management role in children's social care or educational services as well as candidates who are comfortable with managing social care information systems. 

You will lead a team of up to four performance officers and work across a wide range of services to provide up to date performance information. You will play a key part in the directorate's continuous service improvement agenda.
