The role
We are looking for a talented communications professional with a passion for the positive difference local government makes to the lives of residents.
This role in Camden’s communications team provides communications support for our innovative approach to Adult Social Care, our work to support vulnerable people and to help achieve our Camden 2025 goal that everyone here should be able to live a healthy, independent life.
We are looking for a creative, energetic person to join our team to plan and deliver well-researched, evidence-based communications. You will have a good understanding about how to reach diverse audiences and be confident working across channels to produce content for publications, social media, websites, video and events. You will be confident and capable of providing communications advice to colleagues across the council.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will be a creative, motivated individual with a proven record delivering high-quality communications plans and materials. You will have first class writing skills and a good understanding of audiences, channels and evaluation. You will have experience of delivering targeted, evidence-based communications activity. Ideally, you will have experience of working in adult social care, public health or a related area. You will have a degree level qualification or equivalent work experience.
