Senior Performance Analyst
18-month Fixed Term Contract
About us
From a housing service that manages more than 2,700 homes across six London boroughs and the Square Mile to social care support, education opportunities for young people and adults to public health, the Community and Children’s Services Department of the City of London Corporation has a wide remit. Our senior officers depend on sound information to help them make critical decisions about service planning, commissioning and delivery.
The role
Working at the heart of local government, you’ll provide vital performance data and intelligence on projects relating to health, housing and social care in this unique area of London. You will lead a small team of analysts as they develop and manage diverse projects in partnership with other stakeholders such as the NHS and the voluntary sector. Building strong working relationships and motivating others will be critical to success. Effective knowledge management and dissemination is a key part of the role so you can expect to provide regular briefings, reports and updates.
About you
This role demands both sound data analysis skills and a good grounding in local government services. You’ll therefore have significant experience of providing specialist performance and intelligence analytics to support decision-making in health, housing or social care. You’ll have the ability to analyse complex information in order to design and deliver targeted services, matched by the ability to communicate your findings to a wide variety of audiences. Do we want something here about management skills to bring out the best in the team to deliver objectives??
