Not many places offer the whole package - we can. Newham is an exciting place to be and to build your career.
The Newham Regeneration teamwork at a scale and pace which is unprecedented. Working in collaboration with council colleagues, the GLA, and external partners to turn ideas into reality. \
Newham is a borough that is at the centre of many of Europe’s most spectacular regeneration programmes.
We are a key player behind the City in the East, with housing and new town centres at Canning Town and Custom House, London’s only Enterprise Zone at the Royal Docks, and building on the Olympic Legacy, the developing cultural quarter at Stratford and estate renewal.
The wider borough will see better access and design of the route along the River Lea, and the arrival of 5 new Crossrail stations will see 37,500 new homes and 100,000 new jobs created by 2027.
We directly lead major initiatives from housing to placemaking, leisure, health and cultural programmes. Working to find innovative solutions to delivery through joint ventures and specialist delivery mechanisms
For any regeneration professional, it is about raising the bar and while part of the fun is delivering major sites, we are looking for those who would garner personal and professional satisfaction from making a difference to the lives of our young and diverse residents both present and future.
