Events and Hires Development Officer
Salary range: £29,241 - £30,711 p.a. inc.
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

The Post
Working in the vibrant cultural space you will be managing all aspects of event booking for the Library at Willesden Green.
Working closely with colleagues across the Arts, Heritage and Library teams, you will co-ordinate and support events.
You will creatively advocate for the work of the Libraries, Arts and Heritage teams by promoting the programme of events and the centre facilities to partners, key stakeholders and the local community.
The Person
You will be skilled at delivering excellent customer service.
You are an organised individual who has a fine attention to detail and excellent time management.
You are able to work independently and also support the wider Library, Arts and Heritage team.
You will have experience working in the cultural sector delivering events and activity.
