EMA/EAL CO-ORDINATOR – TLR 2B £4,656

 

We believe exceptional teachers transform lives, so we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic EMA/EAL Co-ordinator with a real passion for their subject.   The school offers a wide ranging professional development programme, support for career progression and excellent resources in a state-of-the-art building,

 

Our students are happy and make excellent progress. OFSTED graded the school outstanding in all areas and commented “Students have outstanding attitudes to learning and take a pride in their work”. You will join our highly successful Inclusion Team and take responsibility for promoting and supporting the achievement and inclusion of ethnic minority and EAL students. You will also play a role in the management of the Inclusion Team which assists students with a range of needs.  The ability to teach a national curriculum subject at KS3/4 is essential.

 

Applicants should be keenly interested in how children learn, as well as committed to equal opportunities and a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
