Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) are one of the largest providers on homes in the UK, and we’re looking for a Business Administration Apprentice under the role title Document Control Apprentice. We are offering a NVQ level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
We build shared ownership, private sale, market rent, affordable rent, supported housing and student housing.

It’s a 1 year Apprenticeship where you’ll be working on our development sites firstly in the in the borough of Newham, and then throughout London, if necessary.
You’ll be working with our specialist staff and contractors on site and you’ll learn and practice a wide range of administration skills including filing, manning the phone, corresponding with internal and external parties and recording project drawings.
We pay 25% above the national apprenticeship rate, and you’ll get a benefits package including 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays on top), all of your PPE and a starter toolkit as well as other NHG benefits.
About you:
We’re not looking for a particular type of person - there’s room for all kinds of people here.
You need to be at least 18 years old (no maximum age limit) and have completed relevant GCSE’s at grade 4/C or above in English and Maths; Functional Skills level 2 in English and Maths or relevant experience.
You must live in the London Borough of Newham.
You will need to commit to 40 hours per week, consisting of time on various development sites across London as well as in college.
