Location: Haringey, London
Salary: £39,774 - £42,684
Grade: PO4
Contract: Permanent, Full time - 36 hours per week

Homes for Haringey have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Officer to join our team and manage a variety of diverse and complex technical M&E contracts.

As a Contracts Officer you will ensure quality control throughout our electrical contracts and develop a service that responds to the needs of our tenants. You will be responsible for the management of contractors and consultants as well as managing projects and budgets in accordance with legislation and Homes for Haringey's policies.

You will ensure that all activities undertaken are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and to the needs of our tenants.

We are looking for a skilled M&E professional with extensive experience in the delivery of M&E contracts, ideally with an accreditation in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
You will possess experience of managing complex contracts delivering high volumes of electrical/electronic engineering building services and repairs to housing, offices and other building types. You will have had exposure to electrical contracts including the following:

* Door Entry Systems
* CCTV Systems
* Access Control Systems
* Integrated Reception Systems (Satellite and TV)
* Fire Alarm Systems
* Emergency Lighting Systems
* General Electrical

You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in a similar post and ideally for an ALMO or council. You will be capable of working across teams and with external suppliers to achieve the best outcome for our residents, Homes for Haringey and for the Council.
