Last year HR started its transformation journey and it launched its service ambition to deliver customer excellence. As Head of HR (Centre of Excellence) it is now my turn to shift my focus to the Service Centre team in Paddington.
I am looking for someone who will relish the challenge to manage a small HR service centre team servicing the needs of our employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle. Working alongside our Talent Acquisition team, this person will monitor and respond to service trends coming via different channels and ensure that our new and existing employees receive the best possible experience.
You will be familiar with regulatory requirements and how to coach and develop a team, you will be working with external benefit providers and senior managers in the business so a strong relationship builder and will play a key role in my team.
